Refund Policy

We want you to enjoy FakeCoin.io. If you are not satisfied with a Refill Package purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the order date — for any reason.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com.

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout.
• Or email us at support@ornalo.com with your order number or the email used at checkout, and we will help you get the refund processed.

Refunds are typically returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

When a Refill Package is refunded, the virtual currency, badges, and other in-game benefits granted by that purchase may be removed from your account. This does not affect your free starting balance or progress unrelated to the refunded purchase.

FakeCoin.io currently sells one-time Refill Packages only — there are no recurring subscriptions to cancel. If we add subscriptions in the future, you will be able to cancel them at any time from paddle.net.
