Terms of Service

FakeCoin.io (“FakeCoin”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a virtual cryptocurrency trading simulation operated and powered by Ornalo LLC, a company registered in the United States of America. By accessing or using FakeCoin.io (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

FakeCoin is a fictional, gamified trading experience. All coins, prices, charts, news headlines, and balances are 100% fictional and exist only inside the game. Nothing on the Service is real cryptocurrency, a security, a financial instrument, or an investment.

• No real money is ever deposited, traded, or withdrawn.
• No real cryptocurrency is ever bought or sold.
• Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

The Service includes optional paid “Refill Packages” that grant in-game virtual currency, cosmetic badges, and access to certain in-game coins.

• Virtual currency has no real-world value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be transferred outside the game.
• We may modify pricing, package contents, or game mechanics at any time without prior notice.
• Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and Paddle's Refund Policy.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle is responsible for billing, payment processing, sales tax/VAT collection and remittance, invoicing, chargebacks, and refunds for purchases made through the Service.

By making a purchase, you also agree to Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms, which govern payment, billing, taxes, cancellations, and refunds. To request a refund or get billing support, visit paddle.net or contact us at support@ornalo.com.

You agree not to: (a) cheat, exploit bugs, or use bots/automation to gain an unfair advantage; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the Service; (c) impersonate others or use offensive usernames; (d) use the Service for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

All branding, code, content, and visuals on FakeCoin.io are owned by Ornalo LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial enjoyment.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy of fictional prices, or the persistence of any in-game progress.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ornalo LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Ornalo LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
